On 27 February, Nana Gogokhia, the lawyer of the Association “Consent” and Marina Davitaia, the coordinator of Samegrelo region met with IDPs, resettled in Zeda Etseri village and learnt about their needs. Legal counseling was provided by the lawyer and everyone had the possibility to obtain thorough information regarding various legal issues. Residents expressed a keen interest in being more actively involved in public life and were interested in holding a more regular different kinds of meetings, that would enable them to be more informed about IDP rights, as well as help their involvement in decision-making process.
